Whilst we maintain a consistent structure and setup throughout camp, children are grouped by age to ensure they are engaged and appropriately challenged with activities tailored to their developmental level. No two days are ever quite the same. With new themes introduced each season, every on-camp experience is unique, keeping the program fresh, exciting, and enriching for all children.

We absolutely love Kidwise After School Club. My son gets to do a lot of fun activities including arts and crafts, indoor games, and they also get time for the kids to do their homework. Accessing by Car
Parents/Guardians may use this open area as a drop-off point, with a maximum of a 10-minute wait (please do not exceed this time, as this is a residential ticketed area).
Please note that children will not be allowed to enter or exit the campus without an adult escort.

There is usually a barrier at the entrance of the drop-off point.
Please utilise the microphone to announce that you are here for "Kidwise After School & Summer Camp" or simply "Kidwise."
This will prompt the barrier to open up.
Alternatively, there are other paid parking and free off-street parking in close proximity to our Campus.
Accessing by Tube/DLR
We are directly opposite South Quay DLR station.
You should see South Quay Plaza (SQP) and we are on the ground floor unit opposite the Tesco Express.
Alternatively, you can walk from Canary Wharf tube station to our campus within 10-minutes.
Bus
There are multiple buses that pass our campus, the nearest stop is 1-minute walk away: Admirals Way (Stop B)
Our doors open at 8:00 AM for early drop-off at no extra cost, allowing working families flexibility. Camp activities run from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Pick-up begins at 4:30 PM, with the latest collection by 6:00 PM-all included in the camp fee.
Campers are required to bring their own packed lunch as well as at least two additional snacks.
We are unable to microwave or refrigerate any lunches, so please put hot foods in a thermo flask and pack an ice pack for cold lunches.
Be sure to include healthy options for your child, as well as a drink. We have very active programmes and nutrient rich foods help our campers perform at their highest level!
Please note we are a strictly no-nut facility to protect children with allergies.
Our younger campers (5-6 years old) enjoy one hour lunch break and children from age 7 and above have 45 minutes for lunch. On camp days, we have a morning snack time and an afternoon snack time, which will require that your child brings at least two snacks per day.
We sell a variety of healthy and yummy snacks for £1 a piece on campus, so you may bring some cash if your child needs anything extra! All lunch and snack breaks are fully supervised and children are encouraged to eat all of their lunch and use the bathroom for handwashing before and after eating.
● Lunch - a healthy and balanced packed lunch (except nuts!)
● Snacks - at least two additional snacks. Option to bring small cash if you child needs any extra snacks on site!
● Refillable drinks bottle that is labelled with your child's full name
● Mobile Phones - We allow mobile phones to be kept in your child's backpack, but they are not allowed to be used in our programme. If your child needs to contact you, we will be happy to call you directly. If you need to contact your child for any reason, please call our office and we will be happy to help you.
● Personal Items - We are not responsible for your child's personal items if they are lost, damaged, or stolen. We allow children to bring comfort toys, but we require every item to be labelled with your child's full name. Please avoid bringing high value items.
● Scooters and bicycles - Due to limited space, bicycles are not permitted on site and cannot be stored at Kidwise campus. We do have limited storage available for scooters.
Camp Dress Code
Children should wear comfortable clothes suitable for physical activities, such as t-shirt, shorts, leggings or joggers, socks and closed-toed shoes. Campers are encouraged to not wear jewellery.
Jeans, fancy dresses, skirts, open-toed shoes, and flip flops are not allowed. We also recommend packing a change of clothes for our young campers. They can be prone to accidents ;)
Hot Weather and Sunscreen
Hat and sunscreen are recommended for warmer months of camp.
On sunny days, please apply sunscreen to your child before arriving to camp. At minimum, we recommend applying sunscreen to your child's face, neck, and ears. Our coaches will not apply sunscreen directly onto campers. We therefore encourage the use of sunscreen spray rather than sun lotion to better assist your child in reapplying throughout the day.
Field Trips Dress Code (Easter and Summer Camp only)
We require all campers attending field trips to wear our awesome lime green Kidwise T-shirt for easy identification. A FREE Kidwise T-shirt is included with the annual registration fee. If you are our first time camper, please collect the T-shirt at our welcome desk on your first camp day.
Field Trips
We run optional field trips once a week during Easter and Summer Camp. The cost ranges for £8-30 per child depending on the activity. Field Trips are finalised and sent out to parents via email in the weeks prior to camp and a schedule for Field Trip is also displayed at our Welcome Desk in the lobby. To enrol for a field trip, you may book through Magicbooking platform or speak to a coach at the Welcome Desk in person. Our trips are optional and any children who do not wish to attend, will stay at camp and participate in exciting activities!
Outdoor Sports (Easter and Summer Camp only)
We play a variety of outdoor sports each week in camp! They are designed to teach your child the basics of the sport, as well as the rules on how to play the game.
At Kidwise, safety is our top priority. We follow strict safeguarding procedures, maintain a low student-to-instructor ratio, and ensure all activities are supervised by DBS-checked coaches in a secure environment. We hire passionate experts in child development who genuinely care about each child's well-being and experience.
Each morning, we hold an assembly where we set clear expectations, outline camp rules, and introduce campers to all our coaches-so they know who to turn to for support. Our zero-tolerance policy on bullying is reinforced, with swift action taken, including dismissal from the program if necessary.
Our campus is fully secured, with CCTV monitoring, locked entrances and exits, and coaches who remain fully engaged-mobile device use is strictly prohibited while coaching. Children are grouped by age and needs, ensuring activities are tailored for them in a safe, supportive, and structured environment.
Yes! At KidWise Camp, we design activities to match each age group's needs, ensuring engaging, age-appropriate challenges that promote growth, learning, and fun. Children are generally grouped as follows: 5-6 years, 7-8 years, and 9-12 years, allowing us to tailor experiences to their abilities and interests.
At KidWise Camp, we encourage all campers to participate in every activity to ensure they get the full camp experience. During our morning assembly, we set clear expectations, including the importance of trying new things and giving their best effort. Each activity lasts around 45 minutes before rotating, offering a diverse range of experiences to spark different interests.
